Shane, our technician, is exceptionally genuine and attentive, always remembering details that make his visits remarkably personable. I cannot recommend this small business enough!!

We have used Gilbert’s Professional Pest Control, Inc. for pest control for several years now. They have rid our house of mice, carpenter ants, and now yellow jackets. The picture is after the dry wall needed to be removed to expose the nest. The team has always been kind, professional, and responsive. We have a quarterly maintenance plan and it’s well worth it to know previously pests aren’t returning and new pests like the yellow jackets are quickly removed.

We have been using Gilberts for 5 years now and I highly recommend their services. The first time Shane (The Bug Guy) came out and sprayed our home inside and outside for insects it made a noticeable difference. He also sprays our yard for fleas and ticks and I can’t say I’ve ever found one on us or the dogs! We will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future! Very professional and honest. They came out to look at a Yellow Jacket problem and took care of the problem at the same time. They stand behind all treatments.

We just moved to a new home and started having sugar ants everywhere. I called Gilberts on Monday and they were out here Tuesday to spray. The tech that was out was very friendly and professional. Comparable in price to every where else I called but was able to come the soonest. Some of the other places I called tried to sell me a monthly plan and seemed salesy. This was very straight forward.

I received a prompt response from the company and had an appointment very shortly after. My service man Shane was on time and very professional and friendly. He was in an out in 15 minutes and gave us good info for going forward. He was also kind to our kids who were excited to see the “bug man.” Very pleased with our service and will use them again in the future.
